Stoneleigh Data Analytics is 100% dedicated to the recruitment of Data Analysts.

Our mission is to help clients to source the absolute best “data analytics ready” Mathematics, Computer Science and Business university graduates and place them successfully into professional Business Intelligence organisations, accompanied with a development and retention strategy in place.

Stoneleigh Data Analytics selects only graduates who have proven their core academic and logic skills by succeeding in tough STEM degree courses. We then work with our graduates on the technical tools gap which usually exists between academia and day 1 of the working world. Our qualified candidates then enter our marketplace for the employers of graduate data analysts to select the people they need for their team.

This marketplace of skills is designed to simplify the recruitment process for the employer. Employers can free themselves of the generic recruitment agencies who are unlikely to understand your needs and make you do all the vetting and validation work. Stoneleigh does this for you.

For candidates, many of whom have never experienced the stresses of their first professional role, Stoneleigh Data Analytics acts as a mentor and is designed to counter the “missing middle” which is forming between lack of immediate required Day 1 skills, recruitment agencies using AI for matching on those missing skills and the impossibility of human contact.

Stoneleigh operates an “always available” policy. Both candidates and clients can pre-book a conversation slot on our website. We are working in just the niche of Data Analytics, so we welcome conversations with you.

Subsequently following recruitment, our mission is to support candidate development and retention within the client company by offering a much-needed support and development service called “Data Analytics Momentum”.
