Avery also has certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in FL Real Estate Sales Associate and ARGUS Software in Argus Valuation - DCF and Enterprise. Additionally, Avery is certified in Real Estate Financial Modeling's REFM Certification for Excel in Real Estate.
