John Goss

John Goss serves as a Construction Management Associate for Stonemont Financial Group.

John joined Stonemont in 2022 after working as an Assistant Project Manager for a large design-build firm.

During his time there, John managed the construction of over $45M of design-build speculative warehouses and build-to-suit distribution facilities in the Southeast. Prior to that, John worked on manufacturing projects as a Project Engineer at automotive and pharmaceutical facilities. He was responsible for using earned value management systems with Primavera P6 to forecast revenue and measure project performance. Additionally, John worked as an Estimator and was involved in developing more than $400 million of proposals.
