Ryan Meehan

Ryan Meehan joined Stonemont Financial Group as a Senior Vice President in May 2021 leading the firm’s growing Acquisitions platform. Throughout his nearly 20-year career, Ryan has experience across multiple private equity real estate disciplines including acquisitions, dispositions, debt placement, leasing, asset management and accounting. Mr. Meehan has been involved in over $1.8 billion of direct commercial real estate investments, financings and dispositions and has been responsible for the asset management and strategic oversight of over 7 million square feet of commercial space with a value in excess $2.5 billion. Ryan’s experience spans multiple product types across primary, secondary, and tertiary markets nationally on behalf of international and U.S-based institutional capital sources.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Ryan was a Director of Investments at Rialto Capital within its equity investment group with various sourcing, execution, and asset management responsibilities for the firm’s opportunistic and value-add investing strategies. Prior to Rialto, Ryan worked at Carter in Atlanta where he was responsible for the strategic oversight, asset management and financial analysis of over 16 million square feet of institutional office, industrial and multi-family assets across various U.S. markets. Prior to Carter, Ryan was a senior analyst at WestWind Capital Partners responsible for the financial analysis, reporting and valuation of over 3 million square feet of institutional office and retail assets. Mr. Meehan started his career in public accounting at Faucett-Taylor & Associates (now Frazier & Deeter) performing audit services for clients within the real estate, construction, logistics and consulting industries.

Mr. Meehan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oglethorpe University.
