Dorothy Young

Dorothy Young is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment acquisitions. Currently at Stonepeak since 2022, Dorothy has previously held significant roles including Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Softbank – U.S. PropCo Investments from 2018 to 2022 and as a contributor to real estate private equity at Northwood Investors LLC from 2014 to 2017. Additional experience includes a position in investment banking at Barclays Investment Bank in 2013, a research associate role at Sands Capital Management from 2012 to 2013, and financial management at the Pentagon, US Department of Defense from 2009 to 2011. Dorothy holds a double major in B.S. in Commerce (Finance, Real Estate) and B.A. in Global Development Studies from the University of Virginia, following education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
