Francis Shammo

Fran is a Senior Operating Partner with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and supports Stonepeak’s investments in communications infrastructure. Fran spent 27 years at Verizon and was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon Telecom and Business, a $40 billion business with 80,000 employees in the US and over 150 countries, and as President of Verizon Wireless for the Western region, a $20 billion business. Fran currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Avis Budget Group and Chair of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of UNUM group and the Board of Trustees of Hope Through Education USA. Additionally, Fran was formerly a member of the Advisory Board NYSE.
