James Cork

James is a Principal of Corporate Development & ESG with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners. Prior to joining Stonepeak, James was a Vice President within Macquarie Group’s real estate investment banking team where he worked for over seven years in the Melbourne, Australia and New York offices across a range of listed and unlisted capital raisings, principal investments, and M&A transactions.

James has a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University, as well as a Masters of Finance from INSEAD.
