Michael Leitner

Michael Leitner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Stonepeak since April 2023, Leitner also holds board positions at Panagram Structured Asset Management, INAP, and Tillman Infrastructure, LLC. Previously, Leitner was a Managing Director and Co-head of US Direct Lending and Special Situations at BlackRock and spent over a decade as Managing Partner at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2018. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President at WilTel Communications, Chief Executive Officer at GlobeNet Communications, and senior positions at 360 Networks and Microsoft. Leitner earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and holds a degree from UCLA.
