He has more than 20 years of software development, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Platform experience. His areas of expertise include D365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure.

He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Lakeland University in Plymouth, WI.

As a 9-time Microsoft MVP, Jason has many Microsoft certifications, both Dynamics 365-related and others. He has trained many developers over the years in Dynamics CRM, is a well-known presenter in the community conference schedule, and remains one of the most well-known experts on the platform.
