Alyssa Tams

Alyssa Tams is a dedicated Human Resources Specialist currently participating in a two-year Leadership Development Program at Stoneridge, focusing on Compliance/EHS since May 2023. Alyssa has previous experience as a Human Resources Intern at INVENSITY, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, organizing career fairs, and developing onboarding programs. Additionally, Alyssa has held a role as Vice President of Pledge Education at Delta Sigma Pi, leading educational initiatives for new members and collaborating with the executive board. Alyssa's management experience began at Subway, where exceptional customer service and teamwork were demonstrated. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management at Michigan State University, Alyssa is set to graduate in 2024.
