Bill Millen

Bill Millen is a seasoned professional in the construction and development sector with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Development Manager at StoneRiver Company since January 2025, Bill has previously held similar positions at Woodfield Development and LIV Development. As the Founder of MillBuilt, Bill focuses on opportunistic development, consulting, and construction technology. Prior to these roles, Bill was a Project Manager at Golden Construction LLC and D.F. Chase, Inc., where responsibilities included project management and pre-construction across various sectors. Bill began the career as a Field Engineer at Shaub Construction. Bill Millen holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Auburn University.
