Lee Marshall MBA FRSA serves as the Chief of Staff at the Church of England Pensions Board since April 2009, contributing to the senior management team and ensuring effective governance. In addition, Lee chairs the Board of Trustees for The Diversity Project Charity, which focuses on inclusion in investment and financial services, and co-founded the leading UK gay charity, Stonewall, serving as its first Treasurer. Lee has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Trustees for both The Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation and Ditch the Label, organizations dedicated to combating bullying.
