Sheila Tothill is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a comprehensive background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Learning and Development Business Partner and Head of Learning and Development at Stonewater since October 2015, Sheila previously worked as a Learning and Development Advisor. Prior to Stonewater, Sheila held the position of Learning and Development Consultant, Facilitator, and Trainer, supporting the College of Defence Leadership and Management. From June 2002 to December 2013, Sheila was an Organisational Development Facilitator for the UK Ministry of Defence, providing consultancy to support major organisational changes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Learning and Development Consultant, Facilitator, and Trainer at RAF Oakhanger and Management Support Officer from 1996 to 2002.
