The Management and Project Coordination team at Stoneweg US, LLC is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of real estate investments, from acquisition to disposition. The Asset Manager ensures optimal performance of the portfolio; the Transaction Manager handles property transactions; the Senior Project Manager oversees project execution and timelines; and the Marketing Manager develops and implements strategies to enhance the company’s brand and promote its assets. Together, they ensure the firm’s multifamily assets meet strategic objectives, enhance residents' experiences, and maximize returns for investors.
