Maika Martinez

Maika Martinez's work experience begins in 2012 at Deloitte, where they worked in the Financial Advisory Infrastructures - Real Estate department. Maika'sresponsibilities included creating business plans for real estate developers, auditing distressed companies, and analyzing real estate balance sheets.

In 2014, Martinez joined Altamira Asset Management as an Acquisition Manager, Corporate Development. Maika collaborated with top PE American firms and advised funds during the valuation and acquisition process of non-performing loans and real estate assets. Maika led key workstreams of the bid and assisted in investment memo and management meetings.

In 2017, Martinez moved to Victoria Asset Management, where they served as Vice President, Acquisitions (Oaktree Group). Maika worked as part of Oaktree Capital Group and was responsible for the acquisition of a Spanish developer. Maika'sduties included conducting analysis, building models, organizing advisors, reviewing legal terms, and exploring build-to-rent alternatives.

Currently, since 2021, Martinez is employed as the Managing Director LML at Stoneweg, S.A. and also holds the role of Investment Director.
