Darpan Bagai has extensive experience in the luxury watch retail industry. Darpan began their career as the Head Sales for KDDL Ltd. in 1999, where they were responsible for establishing profitable business in India and Hong Kong. Darpan also managed major accounts such as Titan, Timex, Movado, and Fossil. During their time at KDDL Ltd., Darpan demonstrated strategic planning skills and closely monitored market shares and customer satisfaction.
In 2012, Darpan joined Ethos Summit as the AGM - Sales, a position they held until 2016. Darpan then transitioned to Ethos Ltd. as the General Manager - Sales and subsequently became the Senior General Manager - Sales & Operations in 2017. Darpan Bagai completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Exports and Imports Management from All India Institute of Management Studies in Chennai from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in International Marketing from DAV College of Management Studies in Chandigarh from 1999 to 2000. Darpan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from S.D.College in Chandigarh, which they earned from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they completed their Senior Secondary education from D.A.V, Sector 8, Chandigarh from 1990 to 1994. In terms of certifications, Darpan Bagai obtained the FHS Watch Advisor certification from FHS, Federation of Swiss Watch Industry in March 2019. Darpan also obtained the FHS Watch Expert certification from FHS Federation of Swiss Watch Industry in March 2019.
