Sushant Pathak has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Sushant currently holds the position of Group Chief Marketing Officer at Stonex India Pvt. Ltd., where they lead the marketing efforts for two group businesses, Stonex and Stonelam. Prior to this, Sushant served as the General Manager Marketing at Smartworld Developers, leading the brand's nationwide debut and successfully launching two projects in Gurgaon. Sushant also held the role of General Manager Marketing at DLF Limited, where they managed super-luxury marketing for the DLF Homes division and achieved significant revenue growth through a combination of digital and traditional marketing strategies. Before joining DLF, Sushant worked at ITC Limited as the Head of Marketing Services, where they built new brands and managed re-positioning efforts. Sushant began their career at Bose Corporation as a Sales and Marketing Associate and excelled in sales negotiations and product presentations.
Sushant Pathak completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and Communications from ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various fields including Brand and Product Management from IE Business School in January 2016, Content, Advertising & Social IMC from Northwestern University in December 2015, and Digital Marketing Capstone from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in December 2015. Sushant also holds certifications in Engagement & Nurture Marketing Strategies, Digital Marketing Channels: Planning, Digital Marketing Channels: The Landscape, Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Practice, Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Theory, Digital Marketing Specialization, and Marketing in a Digital World, all obtained from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign between May 2015 and September 2015. Furthermore, they completed the certification in Innovation & Commercialization from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in January 2014.
