Christine Lewis

Christine Lewis is an accomplished athletic trainer with extensive experience in sports medicine. Currently serving as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Stony Brook Athletics since August 2021, Christine previously held similar roles at Martin Methodist College, where responsibilities included assistant athletic training and serving as the Assistant Director of Sports Medicine from August 2017 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Weber State University, where assistance was provided to the head strength coach and team coaches across various sports. Christine gained foundational experience as a Medical Technician at the University of South Carolina-Columbia, working closely with sports medicine and orthopedic professionals. Christine holds a Master's Degree in Athletic Training from Weber State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, complemented by minors in Psychology and Italian.
