Halim Kaygisiz

Halim Kaygisiz, MHA, currently serves as a Business Manager at Stony Brook Medicine, overseeing daily operations and focusing on process improvement and data integrity. As an Adjunct Instructor for the Stony Brook Program in Public Health, Halim teaches Health Finance and Accounting to graduate students. Previously, Halim held various leadership roles at the Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk, Inc., including Quality Assurance Compliance Manager and Director of Health Outreach Services & DSRIP, where strategies were implemented to enhance access to primary care for vulnerable populations. Halim's early career included positions such as Health Home Outreach Coordinator, Family Development Worker, and Prevention Specialist, with a focus on connecting clients to essential health services. Halim holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Walden University.
