Nicole Rossol

Nicole Rossol has extensive experience in patient experience and family-centered care, currently serving as the Chief Patient Experience Officer at Stony Brook Medicine since February 2019. Previously, Rossol held roles as the Patient Experience Officer at NYU Winthrop Hospital and the Director of Patient Experience at St. Francis Hospital. Additionally, Rossol served as the Director of Patient and Family Centered Care and the Director of Child Life and Creative Arts Therapies at North Shore University Hospital. An adjunct faculty member in the Child Life Masters Program at Bank Street College from 2008 to 2016, Rossol also holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Boston University and a Master of Science in Child Life from Bank Street College of Education.
