Gregory Montalbano is a principal at MIDI Product Development, a consulting firm specializing in turnkey product development across medical, life sciences, home healthcare, consumer, industrial, and homeland security sectors. With over 25 years of experience, Gregory has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, in both domestic and international markets. In addition, Gregory serves on the External Advisory Board for the Long Island Bioscience Hub's Center for Biotechnology, providing guidance to foster the development of therapeutics and diagnostic tools. As a Biomedical Accelerator Advisor for Columbia-Coulter Research, Gregory assists teams in commercializing their technologies and addresses broader challenges in biomedical commercialization. Gregory also advises the TMC Innovation Institute's medical start-up group, leveraging extensive knowledge and experience in medical development. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Innovation & Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
