Brenda Strong

Brenda Strong has a long and varied work experience. Brenda began their career in 1996 as a Content Manager at Cognitive Arts. In 1998, they moved to Giant Step - Chicago as a Senior Project Manager. In 2003, they joined Arc Worldwide (a Leo Burnett company) as a Director of Project Management. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Executive Director of Operations at The Abundancy Group, where they were responsible for Project Management, Development, IT and Recruiting teams across three companies. In 2017, they moved to Leo Burnett as Director of Operations. In 2020, they took on two freelance roles: a Consultant for Texas Health Resources and a Board Member for 2nd Story. Brenda also became the Chief Operating Officer for Stop Meeting Like This, a services firm that works side-by-side with forward-thinking leaders to unlock the capacity of their organization through better collaboration.

Brenda Strong obtained a BA in Theater from Wichita State University. In 2011, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from 3Back LLC.
