Stor-Age is the leading and largest self storage property fund and brand in South Africa, and the first and only self storage Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on any emerging market exchange. 

November 2023 marks the eight-year anniversary since listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and during this period we have successfully grown the portfolio from 24 to 95 properties, GLA from 181 300 m2 to over 526 000 m2 and the value of the property portfolio by more than eightfold to over R12.9 billion. 

We continue to deploy capital strategically, adding quality and scale to our high-quality portfolio in South Africa and the UK on a select basis and in-line with our strict investment criteria. As at August 2023, the South African portfolio consists of 58 properties and the UK 57.
