Angelika Kastelein

Angelika Kastelein currently serves as VP People & Culture for Stora Enso's Business Unit Western Europe since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kastelein was HR Director at HES International B.V. from October 2020 to March 2024, overseeing HR strategy for 1,500 employees across six countries and leading a team of 22. Kastelein's experience also includes serving as Head of HR for Gist, where responsibilities encompassed HR for 700 employees in seven countries from January 2012 to October 2020, and HR Business Partner at PwC Luxembourg for two Audit Business Units. Earlier career stages included roles at Ajilon Finance Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant and as an HR Trainee at the European Parliament. Kastelein holds a Master of Business Administration in Psychology from Universität Innsbruck and is pursuing further education at IMD.
