Flavia Azevedo Silva

Flavia Azevedo Silva is currently the VP of Business Performance for the Cartonboard Business Unit at Stora Enso, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Lean Six Sigma Program focused on operational excellence and value creation. Prior roles include Project Manager for Special Projects and various positions at Veracel Celulose S/A, such as Logistics and Sourcing Manager, where Flavia led the development of a sustainable procurement program. Additionally, Flavia held multiple technical and managerial roles at Suzano Papel e Celulose, starting as a Pulp Production Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Logistics and Port Management from Universitat Politècnica de València, a Bacharel in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and multiple certifications in Lean and Agile methodologies.
