Juha Kandolin

Juha Kandolin is an accomplished Operations Development Manager at Stora Enso since May 2019, overseeing operations development for Stora Enso Packaging Finland. Previously, Juha served as Plant Manager for Stora Enso Packaging Lahti Mill. At Efora Oy, Juha has held various roles including Site Manager responsible for maintenance at Stora Enso Imatra Mills and Efora Heinola, and Maintenance Manager overseeing the maintenance of a power plant and mills. Juha's experience also includes positions as a Production Efficiency Specialist at ABB and Efora Oy, and as a Production and Development Engineer at M-real Äänekoski Paper. Additionally, Juha started as a Shift Supervisor at M-real Tako Board. Juha holds a Master of Science degree in Paper Converting from Tampere University of Technology.
