Katarina Nikkinen

Katarina Nikkinen has extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as Mill Director at Stora Enso since January 2020, after holding positions as Quality Manager and Technical Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Katarina Nikkinen worked at UPM - The Biofore Company from June 2010 to January 2020, where roles included Process Engineer, Development Engineer, Safety Engineer, and Global Business Process Owner within the GMES project. Earlier experience at UPM-Kymmene spanned from August 1998 to June 2009, comprising roles such as Project Engineer, Technical Customer Service Engineer, and Superintendent. Katarina Nikkinen holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from LUT University, along with studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a secondary education at both Lohjan Lukio and Kantonsschule Zug.
