Mika Blez

Mika Blez is an experienced professional in production and maintenance management within the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as a Production Manager and Maintenance Manager at Stora Enso since October 2019. Previously, Mika held various positions at Efora Oy from October 2011 to January 2022, including Maintenance Manager at the Kaukopää and Tainionkoski mills and Reliability Process Responsible at the Imatra mill. Earlier career roles included Design Engineer positions at Sweco and EIC AS, focusing on process pipeline design and support in the oil industry. Additionally, Mika has experience as a Production Operator at Neste. Mika holds dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from LAB University of Applied Sciences and Wood Science and Wood Products/Pulp and Paper Technology from South Carelia Polytechnic.
