Rami Pukkila

Rami Pukkila began their work experience in 1998 at Nokia, where they held various roles in HR and business development. Rami served as the Head of HR Integration, Head of HR and Communications for Nokia Technologies, and HR Director for various Nokia organizations. Rami also worked as an Integration Program Manager for M&A and as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Business Development, playing a key role in the planning of the Nokia Siemens Networks merger. In 2021, Pukkila joined Stora Enso as Vice President of Future of Work.

Rami Pukkila completed an Executive Program in Strategy and Organisation at Stanford University in 2015. From 2005 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in International Finance at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu. In addition, Rami has obtained several certifications, including a Workday - HCM Fundamentals certification in 2021, and various certifications in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, People Analytics, Creativity, Design Thinking, and Data Analysis between 2017 and 2020.
