Solveig Vaherkylä is an experienced People&Culture Partner and Project Manager at Stora Enso since January 2019, specializing in Employee Engagement and People Data reporting while managing group-level projects. Previous roles include leading Talent Acquisition operations in Finland and Sweden, as well as global implementations of Workday Recruiting. Earlier experience at Åbo Akademi University involved serving as an HR business partner and generalist, supporting various faculties and participating in digital transformation initiatives.
