Tuomas Aspiala

Tuomas Aspiala has extensive work experience in various roles within the industrial goods, paint, and chemical industries. Tuomas started their career as a Customer Service Engineer at Albany International before moving on to become an Application Engineer and later a Product Manager. In 2008, they were assigned to the Sapporo sales office in Japan to assist with a transition and conduct local product sales. In 2012, they joined Kemira as a Sales Manager, responsible for the sales of chemicals used in pharmaceuticals and paper processing. In 2016, Tuomas joined Teknos as the Group Commercial Manager for Innovations, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing novel products and exploring new business opportunities. Currently, in 2022, Tuomas is the Head of Business Area, Industrial Goods at Stora Enso, and will soon become the Head of Commercial for Finland.

Tuomas Aspiala completed their Master of Science in Chemical Engineering at LUT University from 1996 to 2003.
