Wei Li-Tuomela

Vice President, M&a And Corporate Finance at Stora Enso

Wei Li-Tuomela has a diverse work experience, primarily with Stora Enso. Starting in 2002, they served as Director of Finance for Stora Enso. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as the Director of Merger and Acquisition at Stora Enso Shanghai. Returning to Stora Enso, Wei held various roles in treasury management, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Project Treasurer, from 2008 to 2016. Wei then became the Vice President and Head of Treasury China, overseeing 11 production units and a country-wide sales network. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Corporate Treasury for Stora Enso, and in 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of M&A and Corporate Finance.

Wei Li-Tuomela earned a Bsc in International Economics from Shanghai University in 1992. From 1992 to 1996, they attended Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and obtained a BBA in Finance. Wei Li-Tuomela then went on to the University of Helsinki, where they completed an Msc (For.) in Forest economy from 1996 to 1999. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they participated in the Corporate Programme, Organizational Leadership at IMD.
