Heather Thiltgen

Heather Thiltgen serves as President and CEO of WellSense Health Plan, a non-profit managed care organization generating $5.6 billion in annual revenue and catering to 750,000 members. In addition to leading WellSense, Thiltgen holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors for Storable, Board Chair of Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, and previously served as Senior Vice President at Medical Mutual, managing significant revenue-generating health insurance products. Thiltgen's earlier experience includes Vice President roles at CUNA Mutual Group, focusing on consumer marketing and strategic direction, and various positions at USAA in marketing and product management. Thiltgen earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
