Jessica Mathews

Jessica Mathews has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jessica started their career at Sprint in 2006 as a Systems Analyst II and eventually moved up to the position of Sales Operations Specialist II and Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master. In 2014, they joined Jack Henry & Associates as a Business Analyst and Product Owner. Later, in 2017, they worked as a Scrum Master at Red Nova Labs. Currently, they are working at Storable, where they started as a Scrum Master Lead in 2019 and subsequently served as a Director of Engineering Operations before becoming the Sr. Director of Engineering Operations in 2023.

Jessica Mathews obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Avila University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baker University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Jessica has obtained several certifications in Scrum, including Advanced - Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in August 2018, Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in October 2014, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in August 2013, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in December 2012.
