Rachel Sessions

Rachel Sessions currently holds the position of Director of Client Success at Storable, beginning in April 2024. Previously, Rachel served as Associate Director of Client Services and Success at Phreesia from December 2021 to April 2024, where key responsibilities included leading teams to enhance client satisfaction and engagement while overseeing multiple implementation projects. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Bazaarvoice in various roles related to client success, including Managing Director for the Network Business Unit, where Rachel drove enterprise metrics and developed key client relationships. Early career highlights include roles at CSO Research, focusing on client services management as well as consulting higher education career services. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from St. Edward's University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
