Dylan Delaune

Dylan Delaune has a strong background in the self-storage industry. Dylan began their career in 2004 as the Vice President of Finance at Safeguard Self Storage, where they played a key role in three recapitalization teams and was responsible for financial planning and long-term growth strategy. During their time at Safeguard, they also designed and implemented a revenue management system to optimize unit pricing. In 2010, Dylan joined Storage Post as the COO/Chief Investment Officer. In this role, they focused on acquisitions, development, and property management, forming partnerships with regional operators, developers, and investors. Dylan was responsible for all planning activities related to acquisitions and ensuring they were executed on time and within budget, while achieving desired returns.

Dylan Delaune earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University of New Orleans, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. Dylan further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the same university, attending from 2001 to 2003. In 2013, Dylan participated in an Executive Education program for Personal Leadership at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
