William "Billy" Palmer

Billy Palmer has a strong background in legal and administrative roles. William "Billy" began their career at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, where they worked from 1999 to 2005 as an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, specializing in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions. William "Billy" then moved on to AGL Resources, where they were the Chief Counsel--Corporate and Securities from 2005 to 2013. In this role, they managed corporate legal affairs, including finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate procurement. From 2012 to 2013, Billy served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Park Conservancy, overseeing the care and expansion of the organization. Following their time at AGL Resources, they joined Altisource as an Associate General Counsel, supporting various branches of the financial services company. Since 2015, they have been working at Storage Post as the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Here, they are responsible for legal, governance, compliance, risk management, and human resources matters.
