Beatriz Bittencourt has a diverse and extensive work experience. Beatriz started their career as a Product Developer at Quiksilver in 2007 and later worked as a Filmmaker at MTV Brasil from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Head of Design at enjoei.
In the same year, Beatriz founded Plana Festival, an event that aimed to popularize self-publishing and small publishing houses in Brazil. Beatriz led this initiative until 2018 and successfully organized it in various cultural centers, including the São Paulo Biennial.
