Garry DuBay Jr. is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client success and educational roles. Currently, Garry serves as the Client Success Lead at StoragePug, focusing on helping self-storage facilities achieve high occupancy rates and increased revenue. Prior to this, Garry worked at Intuit as a Customer Success/Account Manager and Payroll Onboarding Specialist, where responsibilities included driving customer loyalty and managing payroll setups for small businesses. Garry also has a background in education, having taught English as a Second Language and language arts at Truckee Meadows Community College and Granville Campus. Garry holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with an English focus and a TESOL minor from the University of Nevada, Reno, alongside previous studies at City University of Hong Kong.
