Chantal Wilson

Chantal Wilson is an experienced People Director currently serving at Storal since September 2024, combining a passion for deskless workers with insights from personal experiences as a mother. Previously, Chantal held the position of Interim People Director at NQ64 Arcade Bars LTD and co-founded Youda, along with serving as a Freelance People Director for Wilson McBea Food Rebels. Prior roles include People Director at Honest Burgers Ltd, People Business Partner at wagamama, Director of People and Culture at Catch22, and Employee Relations Manager at Nando's South Africa. Chantal's career began with roles at G4S during the 2012 UK Summer Olympics and McDonald's, where extensive human resources responsibilities were managed across a vast network of restaurants. Chantal holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University.
