Keith Hawk, MS, is a seasoned professional in customer experience and program management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager for Enterprise & Key Accounts at Stord since April 2024. Previously, Keith held multiple positions at Flexport from March 2019 to February 2024, culminating as a Senior Program Manager where responsibilities included translating client needs into technology product roadmaps and developing operational plans for tech products.
