Craig Barnett

Craig has provided valuable leadership and expertise in developing the company’s portfolio management which has been one of the key attributes in how we distinguish ourselves in the industry. In addition to overseeing and managing the investment portfolio, he also leads the underwriting providing unrivaled strategic planning and credit risk management.

He has served in leadership roles at STORE for nearly 10 years and was previously Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management. Since joining STORE as a senior underwriter in 2011, he has played an integral role in growing the Company’s transaction volume to over $9.0 billion.

Craig has nearly 20 years of broad-based commercial real estate and REIT experience, including portfolio and investment management, capital transactions, investment analysis, underwriting, and valuation.
