Daniel Rosenberg, JD, MBA has a diverse work experience in real estate and legal positions. Daniel is currently working as a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at STORE Capital. Previously, they held leadership roles at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc where they served as the Deputy Head of Asset Management and later as the Head of Acquisitions. In these roles, they managed multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios and was responsible for the acquisition, management, and disposition of properties. Daniel also served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Asset Management at Spirit Realty Capital, where they managed large real estate portfolios and oversaw property management and special servicing activities. Prior to their work at Spirit Realty Capital, Daniel worked as a Legal Compliance Officer at Spirit Finance, where they handled various legal matters and managed litigation and bankruptcies. Daniel also gained legal experience as an Attorney/Intern at Greenblatt & Associates.

Daniel Rosenberg, JD, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 to 1999. Daniel then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Whittier Law School, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business, Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating in 2012.
