Joshua Bowman

Joshua Bowman has had a diverse range of work experience. Joshua started their career in 2005 as a Senior Caddie at Brookside Country Club. Joshua then worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at Edward Jones in 2010. In the same year, they also held leadership roles in various organizations such as the W. P. Carey Business Ambassadors and the Arizona State University - Real Estate Club. Joshua also founded the Private Equity Scholars Program in 2011. Joshua gained experience as a Project Analyst Intern at Sunbelt Holdings before joining CBRE as a Researcher in 2012. Most recently, they have been working at STORE Capital since 2013, first as an Underwriter and later as the Managing Director - Acquisitions.
