Leandra Long has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Leandra is currently serving as the Director-HR, Talent & Diversity at STORE Capital since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pinnacle Transplant Technologies, LLC as the Human Resources Manager from December 2015 to July 2021, where they played a key role in formalizing HR policies and implementing strategies aligned with the business goals. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from November 2012 to August 2014, contributing to the company's focus on protective services. Leandra also has experience as a Recreation Specialist III/ Site Supervisor at City of Albuquerque from 2008 to 2012, where they managed multiple community centers and developed innovative programs for children, youth, and adults.

Leandra Long, MSL, PHR, completed their Master's Degree in Business/Leadership from Grand Canyon University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication from The University of New Mexico between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Leandra has obtained several certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2016 and February 2020. Leandra also holds certificates in Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI, specializing in areas such as culture, engagement, leadership, assessment, inclusion, and retention.
