Bo Ihrfelt

Bo Ihrfelt has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles within the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as CFO at Storebrand Fastigheter AB since March 2011, Bo is responsible for the financial oversight of SPP Life Insurance AB and Euroben Life & Insurance Ireland's real investment mandates, totaling approximately 11 billion SEK. Prior to this, Bo held the position of CFO at Omnia Real Estate Management AB, managing a team of eight and overseeing both client and company finances. Bo's career also includes roles at Aberdeen Asset Management, where responsibilities ranged from building financial reporting structures to managing customer finance, and earlier positions at Stadshypotek AB and KPMG Bohlins AB, focusing on credit analysis and auditing. Educational qualifications include a degree in Financial Economics and various pertinent financial law subjects from Stockholm University.
