Carmit Ophir

Carmit Ophir's work experience includes several roles at different companies. Carmit started their career in 2006 as a Research Associate at Ramot at Tel Aviv University Ltd. In 2008, they became a Research Associate at EnzySurge. In 2012, they joined Tel Aviv University as a Researcher and also became the VP of Research and Development at Sorrento Medical Ltd. From 2014, they worked at StoreDot, where they held various positions, including R&D Electrochemist, EV Program Manager, Head of Battery Innovation R&D group, and Director of Program Management, R&D.

Carmit Ophir holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University, which they completed between 2007 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University from 2004 to 2006. Their undergraduate education includes a BSc in Biotechnology engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they earned from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Carmit Ophir has also obtained a certification named "Fundamentals Online Workshop" from Management 3.0 in an unspecified year.
