Ariff Hilmy has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead at StoreHub since March 2021, and previously holding the position of Customer Care Representative within the company. Prior to this, Ariff worked at Shangri-La Group from August 2017 to January 2021, where the roles included Customer Service Executive and Sales Coordinator. Ariff holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Kaplan College, which was completed between 2013 and 2017, with an additional period of study at Kaplan College from 2011 to 2017.
