Randy Mangrum has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Randy started their career as a Site Safety Officer at Chem-Nuclear Services in 1992 before moving on to IT Corporation as a Field Operations Tech III in 1993. In 1997, they joined FitzGerald Contractors, LLC as a Quality Control/Safety Manager/Project Manager, where they worked for over 20 years. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Storer Services as the Vice President of Solutions.

Randy Mangrum completed their high school education at Sibley High School in 1991, where they obtained a degree in General Studies. In addition to their high school education, Randy also holds several certifications including the Arkansas Master Plumber certification from the Arkansas State Board of Health, the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) certification from ASSE International, the Louisiana Master Gas Fitter certification from the State Plumbing Board of Louisiana, the Louisiana Master Plumber certification from the State Plumbing Board of Louisiana, the MCAA Institute For Project Management certification from The University of Texas at Austin, the OSHA 500 Instructor Training certification from UT Arlington OSHA Training Institute Education Center, the OSHA 510 Construction Training certification from UT Arlington OSHA Training Institute Education Center, and the Texas Responsible Master Plumber certification from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
