Chief Strategy Officer at Storewise

Mark Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Storewise, a position they assumed in January 2021 after serving as the Chief Product Officer from July 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Organizational Excellence at Mylo, a Lockton Company, from April 2016 to April 2020. In this role, they contributed to various areas such as people, design, products, processes, and systems. Mark also co-founded and worked as a Dot Connector at Emmersive LLC, a side venture focused on revolutionizing recruiting through experiential problem-solving, from August 2015 to July 2017. Before that, they held positions at Lexmark International, Inc. as the Senior Manager of User Experience from June 2008 to April 2016, where they created and led the User Experience department, and as a Senior Product Manager from June 2005 to June 2008. Mark's early career began at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked as a Software Engineer from February 2000 to May 2005. Mark's experiences have allowed him to develop skills in management, leadership, strategy, Agile practices, experience design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mark Simpson attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, Mark pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix.
